Add Moodle namespaces to library headers

@dustinbrisebois This repository holds a library that is not used by moodle only, but by all the H5P integrations. Setting a platform specific namespace will probably be rejected by the H5P core team.

@otacke I'd agree however there's a history of moodle-tagged releases.
