Image Hotspots not part of Course Presentation

Similar to https://github.com/h5p/h5p-course-presentation/issues/22, even Image Hotspots library cannot be used in a Course Presentation. I've submitted pull requests for the same. See https://github.com/h5p/h5p-course-presentation/pull/24, https://github.com/h5p/h5p-editor-course-presentation/pull/4.

While my pull request does make Image Hotspots usable in Course Presentation, it also distorts the pop-up UI and doesn't position itself relative to the hotspot.

I am not a jQuery/CSS expert, so if there is anybody who can fix it..nothing like it.
