Made Image hotspots usable in Course Presentation

Image Hotspots can be used in Course Presentation. However, the UI of the pop-up elements is improper. It needs to be relatively positioned when used inside Course Presentation.

We will review the pull request and do an evaluation of whether it is desired to include it into Course Presentation as soon as we can, hopefully next release. Thank you for your contribution.

Does anyone know what the status is here? I need this feature and the Question Set to be in the Course Presentation.
