Interim translations update
Adding a list of files to translate and a list of language codes and folder names. I'm going to, one time, update the translations to get this into the shape we expect the project to be in, in the future.

Holy cow. We're doing machine translations like a boss. I need help with organizing Eleventy, or some other technology, so that every translated directory looks like the root. Instead of the old way it was, with a big readme.md in the root of the translated folder, I want it to mirror the root of the site.
