Power consumption sensor is unknown
Previously the sensor for Power Consumption and my AC provided a correct value. This has however stopped working, the sensor is now 'unknown'. No errors or warning in the logs (I have not turned in debug-logging)
I do not know when this occured, and in what version of the integration/HA-version it worked. I am now on HA version 2022.7.7, and the integration version is 2022.7.1.
The sensor data: sensor.vardagsrum_power_consumption state_class: total_increasing unit_of_measurement: Wh device_class: energy friendly_name: Vardagsrum Power Consumption
Note that other sensors works fine for this AC, i.e. it is only this sensor that has stopped working.
The full climate sensor gives: hvac_modes: off, auto, cool, heat, dry, fan_only min_temp: 17 max_temp: 30 target_temp_step: 1 fan_modes: Auto, Quiet, Low, Medium Low, Medium, Medium High, High preset_modes: Power 50, Power 75, Power 100 swing_modes: Off, Swing Vertical, Swing Horizontal, Swing Vertical And Horizontal, Fixed 1, Fixed 2, Fixed 3, Fixed 4, Fixed 5 current_temperature: 25 temperature: 21 fan_mode: Medium Low hvac_action: idle preset_mode: Power 75 swing_mode: Off merit_a_feature: ECO merit_b_feature: OFF air_pure_ion: OFF self_cleaning: OFF outdoor_temperature: 9 friendly_name: Vardagsrum supported_features: 57
For me, power consumption stopped working November 18th @ 15:20 CET. I can't find anything significant in the logs. There was no update in between. Using a Haori. Using latest version of integration + HA.
Maybe slightly of topic, but in the sensor data you mention merit_a_feature: ECO. How do I check the full sensor data for my AC? I have a Kazumi and would like to be able to change mode to ECO through HASS. I have gone through services and some other topics, but could not find anything.
Services are not implemented yet. so you would only see what the api delivers.
unfortunately my device does not support any power sensor, so i can't test.
maybe @haseat or @Cecchellone could verify if its still working or if there are any changes to be made?
My power consumption sensor is there and reporting a seemingly legit value.
Hi,
My power consumption sensor stopped working as new year changed 🎆
It didn't update value all day, but when I reloaded the integration it went unknown.
It came back alive next day..
Seems to have reseted to zero on year change? Feels like this has nothing to do with the integration. I have no clue though why it didn't work for January 1st.
I have 3 Toshiba Edge units and everything is working except power consumption. I do not see anything in the logs and the sensor shows "unknown" state: state_class: total_increasing unit_of_measurement: Wh device_class: energy friendly_name: Bedroom 1 AC Power Consumption
At the same time, i can see the energy consumption in the Toshiba app. Is this supposed to work in the integration at the moment? HA version is 2024.9.2, integration version is 2024.9.0 and the AC model is RAS-B10G3KVSG-E/RAS-10J2AVSG-E1 with build-in wifi.
