wave Implement an image zoom inside the image popup.

Based on the feedback from label genie.

It would be great to have an image zoom when clicking on the image inside the image popup similar to this:

Hi @jding712 and @nhadlaw, I'm glad you've decided to contribute to the Wave :) This should be implemented for image popups only. There is only one file related to this feature: ui/src/parts/lightbox.tsx. Please also make sure to zoom in the image to the place where the cursor is clicked.
