MOJO/POJO/deployment support

I am thinking about including h2ogpu in this CRAN task view: https://CRAN.R-project.org/view=ModelDeployment It seems like we don't have MOJO/POJO support yet. Maybe this is part of the Java wrapper?

Note that this issue is focused on Java deployments. Python/R checkpointing is tracked in another issue instead https://github.com/h2oai/h2o4gpu/issues/443
