Fix: s3 path used for docker different than wheels

wheels are here, while docker are as in the other github issue.

These wheels have snapshots/ai/h2o/h2o4gpu/ and the docker snapshots (that won't be done anymore as per #315) are snapshots/bleeding-edge/ai/h2o/h2o4gpu/

For snapshots, should remove ai/h2o/h2o4gpu/ part.
