[BUG] Unable to upload .CSV file

🐛 Bug

Uploading a CSV file with an uppercase .CSV extension fails, even though the file format is correct. File extensions should be treated case-insensitively.

To Reproduce

  1. Import dataset > Source: Upload
  2. Attempt to upload a file with extension .CSV
  3. Observe that the upload is rejected, with error message: File does not have valid format
  4. Rename the file with extension .csv and upload again – it succeeds.
