Load randomForest library causes error in R tests

In these R tests, we load the randomForest library but never use it:

  • R4.0 Smoke / r_suite.runit_RF_bigcat.R
  • R4.0 Smoke / r_suite.runit_RF_smallcat.R

IMO, the tests are useless, so I suggest removing them.
