Add newer R versions on jenkins for automated tests

Last version we use for automated testing is 4.0.2 (6/2020). We should be able to add 4.2.2 (11/2022) relatively easily as we can build it without any change to our install_R_version script.

Current version is 4.3.2 but adding that will require some changes (fails on building old kernlab).
