Latest Appveyor build does not have artifact

I'm on Python 3.11.2 and having the same issue as other installing datatable. I am trying to use the Appveyor method but the latest build for Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 has no artifacts I think because they do not retain any files older than 2 months. Will there be an updated artifact?
