Built-in support to easily parse semver expressions, such as:

^ 1.2.3
~ 1.2.3
= 1.2.3
>= 1.2.3
1.2.3 > 2
1.2.3 ^ 2
1.2.3 ~ 2

API:

semver_expression("^1.2.3", "0.1.3")
