Kotlin 1.9.0 support and usage of Kotlin Common Regex implementation

I've forked the master in order to fix the faulty Regex implementation in the JS code. Besides that, I've bumped the versions. All tests still pass.

It's pretty much alive, but I was on a vacation, sorry. I'll try to take a look at this soon.
