I can confirm this on 14.4 and the workaround to enable the brightness limiter, then change other options, then save, then disable brightness limiter again, then save again, too.

https://reproduce.debian.net/rebuilderd-setup.html now describes how https://reproduce.debian.net was setup. The URL is temporary until this issue is fixed and this doc is part of the package in Debian; ;)

eg for including disk / cache stats and/or showing configuration bits, like whats configured for rebuilding...
