KDE5 version?

Hi! :-)

From manual: "To compile the version of kchmviewer with KDE4 support...".

Question:

I think today's repositories, have dropped the KDE4 development package. (I'm on a Debian oldstable based one).

If I'm wrong, please tell me. If not, can I ask for a KDE 5 version on the future?

PS. Qt only version, compiles successfully here.
