Feature Request: libretro core

Hello, I would like to have thiseemulator available as a libretro core so I can use it with RetroArch instead of VeMUlator (which is pretty outdated and almost lost media). I've heard that this emulator is somewhat still active and there's been some interest from the libretro community.
