[FEAT] Add "Skip to main content"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When navigating with a keyboard through more accessible pages, such as Shopify Polaris, we often seem as the first focusable element some kind of "Skip to main content" button.

Describe the solution you'd like A hidden element which has the first focus (tabindex="0" maybe?) gaving the ability to jump directly for the first content of the main page, skipping the Navigation section. Also, the main content should have a tabindex="-1", as described here.

P.S.: Yes, I'm willing to contribute with this myself, but first I'd like to open this opportunity from anyone, either from Gympass or not, would be also nice someone that want to learn more about accessibility.
