👍 Why not use virtiofs, performance is better

@wtry While virtiofs does indeed seem to be more performant, nfs is more stable. It's worth mentioning, I opened this pull request a bit too early, I forgot when you fork a repo any pull requests go to the upstream and not the new fork 😄.

Once I'm further along, the intent is to allow both nfs and virtiofs as options.
