docs: Add --branch m5_002 to git clone step

The git clone step does not direct the reader to install any specific branch, and we do not recommend master unless for development purposes. Need to add --branch m5_002 (and update with each documentation version)

Is it worth doing this? Increases overhead-

It would need to be changed with each release, true, but the current instructions would lead the average non-software-developer to end up with a site running the master branch.
