Consider adding UI view for sets, with link to CSV export for the set

This would obviate the need for us to run export_csv for our users who have sets; they can self-serve the exports for sets.

Not sure this is a good idea - these can be quite big. Let's discuss, the broader context being "what/whom is the UI for?"
