Harvest stats may be off by 1

User timeline collections (and possibly others?) report 1 tweet in harvest stats even when 0 tweets were collected.

While this discrepancy isn't a big deal for harvest events with many tweets, there is substantive information in a 1 versus a 0.

I don't think this issue is resolved by https://github.com/gwu-libraries/sfm-twitter-harvester/pull/57 but could be useful to reference this PR.
