This only applies for the periodical holdings attached to GW's bib records. Do not show information from holdings tag 866 indicator 1 value of 4 and indicator 2 value of 1 or other variants of 866 tag and its indicators except 866 tags with indicator 1 value of 3 and indicator 2 value of 1

Joyce's group will be modifying the holdings records. Most of the 866 tags on GW serials will be removed. The 866-3-1 tag/indicator combination will contain a summary holding statement.
