UI hide empty cover images

Our book cover source returns 1px blank images if it can't find an actual image.

Quick fix: Set .search-result img.cover-thumbnail (launchpad.css 216) to max-height instead of height.

Possible Real fix: use jquery naturalHeight and naturalWidth to check for images that match the 1px dimensions and hide those divs with display:none.
