Unable To Run With Stack

I can build this with stack (just a stack init to make the stack.yaml), but it seems mueval is hardcoded to look for a global GHC installation rather than a stack-installed GHC.

As well, it doesn't seem to build well with GHC 7.10.3, as glasglowExtensions has been removed.
