Memory Leak in Approximant used in Example

Hello,

This issue is just a notification.

It seems that the approximant IMRPhenomD has a memory leak i.e. it will use more memory the longer it runs. If anyone is a ligo member, feel free to test it and make an issue on their repo. I can't.
