Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to get osgearth builds on conda-forge. That way it could be easily installed by users using conda for the various platforms without having to compile it themselves. openscenegraph is already on there and works great.

Additional context

Just a nice to have feature for those of us using conda environments.
