MapboxGL Layer don't support word wrapping

When a layer is defined with a text-max-width setting the text is supposed to do word wrapping. See the default OSM liberty example in Maputnik. United States of America is on two lines b/c the text-max-width is set to 6.25. In osgearth it will be rendered as a single line.
