GeodeticGraticule: setColor and setLineWidth doesn't work on runtime

If you change color and line width of GeodeticGraticule that has already been added to map, it has no effect.

Looks like it has something to do with uniforms, maybe they should be updated on rebuild?

You are not doing anything wrong. These functions are not implemented yet - sorry!
