New data to extract from logs

Currently, we cannot really extract new data from logs at will as it would require processing all logs again. This issue lists all information that we would like to add to log data the next time we have a good reason to reprocess all logs.

• [ ] Main target – we currently only have the name, adding support for new encounters requires reprocessing all Encounter.Other encounters (unless map id is used).
• [ ] Tag GUID instead of binary flag (for #184)
