Got this Error after installing radial mount menu and trying to start the game through the add-on manager. Game does not start and the app closes after clicking "OK." Thanks for your help in advance.

It's happening for me as well. Since last patch I disabled all addons, was waiting for ArcDPS updating as well. Today I try again; I'm getting: mcga

EDIT: Actually, deleting the following files and then running the application, updating it and then updating addons inn the manager did it for me:

  • C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\bin64\d3d11.dll
  • C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\bin64\dxgi.dll
  • C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\bin64\addonLoader.dll
  • C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\bin64\bin64\d3d9.dll

Weirdly enough it installed another d3d9.dll file in the previous spot but also a directory above, in the first bin64 directory.

I had the same issue and did exactly what you did, helped me as well.
