the game fails to launch only when i am using D912bxy

Describe the bug the game is working fine when i am not using the addon but the moment i installing the addon it crashes

To Reproduce when i am pressing play button it crashes . white screen with a box and gives me this report --> Crash <-- Exception: e06d7363

Additional context i am 100% sure that i have the latest and all versions of C++ and .Netframe work also i have the latest version of DX9 and DX12 i even reinstalled the my windows10 home all over again also the game and nothing seems to work btw i even installed the addon manually and even cleaned the bin46 also my problem is not related to any older version or using another versions of any addon . this is my first time using it let me know if you need any other info and i will give it asap
