Trying to read the blog on my phone I noticed the website theme doesn't scale on mobile screens resulting in a tiny narrow text block, and the nav elements overlapping...
1. Scatterplot is too wide: break into rows. 2. For consistency, maybe put titles of all other plotting blocks on rows of their own?

The `rownum` operator should number rows within groups if the data is grouped, but it does not.

Should all help pages have uniform URLs or language-specific URLs? I.e., should the Spanish help page for "data" be `/es/datos/` or `/es/data/`? - Pro: URLs will be easier to remember...
Once we have a better svg img workflow (issue #377 is resolved) we'll need to change the alternate text of the es images to Spanish
