Silvia: Alguna sección o subsección acerca de como explorar tus propias capacidades y límites como instructore, sean de tiempo, energía, u otra cosa. Cómo navegar siendo accesible a estudiantes, pero sin que te sientas vacíe/frustrade/usade, etc.
Laura: One last comment from me: perhaps add some advice on how to cope with repeating the same course over and over again without lowering the level of initial enthusiasm. I am finding the hard way that teaching a semester-long class is a whole different story to repeating the same content over and over again weekly. The more I know the content, the more my enthusiasm plummets even if the contents are improved as I teach. I think that this chapter could have some "free-range teaching self care" advice

Una de las cosas que mas me preguntan sobre ser parte de R-Ladies, LatinR, etc es que tipo de eventos se pueden realizar, como los organizas, etc. Podría garegarse como un capítulo tipo de workshpos o tipo de eventos (simil al tipo de ejercicios) pero relacionado con el capitulo de comunidades.
