Climate: add fan direction position and add programs

Hi, thanks for this fork. Can be possibile add 3 select (as original integration) to select

• programs
• direction and position horizontal fun
• direction and position vertical fun

This integration is working differently from the other. But nevertheless you can build anything you need. When looking to the README, you will see that you can call the hon.update_settings action where you can send any value (including directions)
