My device stopped working 3 hours ago.
My device become unavailable. When i click "reconfigure" i cannot login using my credentials. Mobile app works fine with the same user/password. I updated to newest version.
Maybe some characters are not well handled by my extension. Could you please use a simpler password to check?
Hey, i changed the password from 15 characters to 9 with only one number, removed my device from the addon and then re-logged and it works fine :)
Did you used some special characters ? I guess one is not supported by the integration
I have same problem. In my password is one special character: &
Had the same issue. When i did go to the page https://account2.hon-smarthome.com/ it asked me to change the password for some reason. Also when going in the home assistant logs the following event could been found:

Unable to get connect. You need to change your password on the hOn app
When the password was resetted it all wordked again.
