Hoover tumble dryer does not respond to some cycle start commands

Hoover H-Dry 350 HRE C10TBER-8.

The whites cycle does not work:

data:
  program: whites
target:
  device_id: [ redacted ]
action: hon.start_program

But the darks cycle works fine:

  program: darks_and_coloured

action: hon.start_program

Same applies to other cylces, some work some don't, but those two I use the most.

I've been using this great integration successfully for months for end of cycle notifications, and have just started using cycle start commands to run the machine overnight when energy prices are lower.

Did you tried with the service hon.start_program ? You can have the full list of available programs when clicking on the "get programs" buttons in your device.

Maybe one parameter is missing to start the white program

I've tried adding some paramaters as you suggest, but I still get the error message:

Failed to perform the action hon.start_program. Unknown error

The whites program call is formatted correctly, I got the settings from the "get programs" button. If I intentionally call an incorrect service I get this error message:

Failed to perform the action hon.start_program. For now I've started using the eco program instead of whites which is working fine, but I can explore further if it helps anyone.
