twitterreport Error installing

I had troubles installing the library and I get the following warning:

Warning message: In is.na(remote_deps$package) : is.na() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'NULL'

I updated the system and now I got this.

This package needs to be compiled. If you use windows, you will need Rtools to make it work.
