Nill Knowoledge On Python : Unable to Setup Application

Hi Gvalkov,

I have no knowledge on Python.I am tring to setup this gitolite ssh key form .But i am unable to do this. Can you please help me. I stuck In the 5 th Step ..I am unable to Create Virtual Env...Is it really necessary to Setup Virtual Env?
