RPi imager update broke customization options

With the new raspberry pi imager released (v2.0.0), it disabled the option for customization on custom images. This doesn't allow for the wifi name/password combo to be set up, and hostname to be changed before initial boot. Is there a way around this at all? See images.

I'm getting the same error. I was able to download the previous v1.9.6 release from rpi-imager's github and it works just as the MagicMirrorOS install guide mentions.
