Documentation is missing

Hello guys, thank you for your work, it is amazing how easy the setup is! Perhaps it is only me, but I didn't find any documentation in this branch how I can start/stop the docker container, how to see the logs. etc. Can you please clarify?

In the ReadMe of this repo you find a link to the used docker setup. From there you find the documentation of the docker setup.

Feel free to update the ReadMe here to clearify things.

The docker setup is a standalone project and only used here, so I will not duplicate documentation here which belongs to the docker setup.
