Not connecting

My Pi doesn't connect when i try to connect it to a second SSID on my router and when i try to connect it to my first SSID it connects for a few seconds and then starts as a hotspot, i tried it with both Pi3 and Pi Zero W. My router is a ZTE ZXHN H267A

i managed to get this on a router too, perhaps there should be a disable option. Not sure how to solve this.
