Build issue - no image found

The downloaded image (wget -c --trust-server-names 'https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspios_lite_armhf_latest') is a img.xz file. i have to: unxz 2022-04-04-raspios-bullseye-armhf-lite.img.xz and then zip the img to build a new image
