Enable Camera Auto Detect

Currently camera_auto_detect=0. This disables finding cameras, setting this to 1 to enable cameras to get picked up.

Hey, this was changed because of this bug (see specific comment): https://github.com/guysoft/OctoPi/issues/842#issuecomment-2646149617

It depends which cameras you want to pick up, without it older v2 and lower cameras are not detected correctly.

I think this calls for adding a config switch to decide in the module what you want set. I assume you are using this for cameras V3? Related: https://github.com/guysoft/OctoPi/issues/802
