Where can I get the dataset without Baidu account?

Is it possible to get the datasets somewhere like Google Drive? I am having difficulty downloading from Baidu Cloud, as I can see. Also, I would like to use your code to generate levels of rain images. Is that something appropriate or enabled by your code? Thanks for your help.
