Allow country-specific connection blocking for Machinaris blockchain fullnodes.

While some are able to block certain IP addresses from their entire network at their router (e.g. Unifi), it would be nice to offer the ability to block IPs base on countries.

Yeah, closing this as it is better accomplished by the user controlling network access using their own router. Example from a Unifi router: image
