PARSER_XML_COMPRESS=1 breaks raw XML functionality

PARSER_XML_COMPRESS=1 seems to be supported as an env variable.

Then the parser saves the XML as gzip.

The problem is that the Report Viewer UI doesn't seem to support XML saved as gzip.
