Luapak seems to require "uname" which is not a valid command on Windows

can confirm tried putting gnuwin32 coreutils uname.exe in the same folder and it worked https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/files/coreutils/ got stuck in a new error message tho luapak: error: Cound not find a downloader...
