Links for Post Pending release approvals are not working

We have installed 1.1.4 and it looks like the links work for pre-deployment but not for post-deployment approvals. When inspecting the code it looks like we are getting back an href(unknown) for those particular releases that are in a post pending state.

Hi, can you give me more details about this problem? I've tested on version 1.1.4 and this link works for pre and post deployment approvals.

We are seeing in our environment is that the links to click into the actual release do not work for any of the post deployment approvals. For the pre approvals you can select on the actual release and it will open up a new tab with the release. For the post deployments if you click on the release it will just select it.
