Include 'Manual Intervention' approvals?

If some stage is awaitig for Manual Intervention it won't be listed by this extension. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/pipelines/release/approvals/?view=azure-devops I know MIs are not approvals, but it yould be nice to have it in the overview ;)

Hi @evertonmc.

Yes, manual interventions aren't a pipeline approval and because of this, I haven't listed in this extension.

But now with multi-stage pipelines, MI could be a kind of pipeline check.

I'll study a way to add this feature to extension.
